We cannot bill your insurance, but we will provide all the documentation that you need to file for reimbursement.
All of our estimates include a fully detailed scope of the work to be completed. You will receive a written report with a breakdown of the cost and time estimated for your project.
We communicate with you every step of the way. If we see that we will not have the work completed by the agreed-upon time, we will reach out to get a new completion date.
All work order and requests are handle in the order received or by emergencies circumtances.
In order to have you covered with emergency calls after hours, weekends or even last minute requests, you must sign up for a service contract.
The advantage of having a service contract you do not need to provide a deposit up front otherwise we do require a deposit, payment or even a valid credit card on file for every request.
